SayHex keeps public browsing, reviewed demo requests, protected User Portal entry, and login-only Customer Admin access separate. Customer Admin is a login-only organization admin area at portal.sayhex.com/admin after approval and provisioning.

Public website

Visitors can read the product overview, request a reviewed demo, or follow approved portal links. The website does not create accounts, update license scope, or perform protected admin actions.

End User Portal

End users use portal.sayhex.com for protected access. Any self-registration creates a pending access request only until Customer Admin approval and provisioning are complete.

Customer Admin

Customer Admin access is login-only at portal.sayhex.com/admin after SayHex review and provisioning. Public pages can route to the login or demo request path, but cannot grant Customer Admin access.

Claim boundary

Public copy may name the approved portal destinations and review path, but it must prevent public Customer Admin registration claims, keep account creation reviewed, keep license scope updates approved, protect admin actions, and keep product access outside the website.

Every public promise stays tied to reviewed access, approved channels, and the current maturity evidence.
